We will start the first evening on March 10th with a 5:30 pm Pot Luck “Welcome to Sacred Heart of Jesus” dinner and then move to the Church for devotions at 7:00 PM. All parishioners are invited to bring a dish of their choice for the kick-off of 40 hours.

Initial planning work and substantial fundraising was led by Fr John Murphy and an army of volunteers then picked up by Fr Michael McCabe when he joined the Parish in 1990. The second church was demolished in 1993. The third church was completed in 1997, opening again on the Feast of Christ the King.
